In 2011, UNIFIED launched its Artist Management division (UAM). Led by CEO Jaddan Comerford, and with managers based in Sydney, Los Angeles and Melbourne, the division represents 35 artists across multiple genres, including Vance Joy, Illy, The Amity Affliction, Ocean Alley, Dashboard Confessional, Violent Soho and many more. In 2011, UNFD was founded as a label rebrand from the already established Boomtown Records (2002-2010). Initially launched as an independent Australian label specialising in hard rock and heavy metal music, UNFD has worked with some of the most iconic Australian artists in the heavy space including The Amity Affliction, Northlane, In Hearts Wake, Thy Art is Murder, Hands Like Houses and many more. The label has since established a global presence (and offices), and in 2021 close to half of its current roster is based outside of Australia, working with the label globally. In 2011, UNIFIED announced the launch of a boutique publishing service and partnered with Mushroom Music. The business has gone on to sign and work with Vance Joy, Northlane, Loon Lake, Mike Waters and Dear Seattle amongst others. Signed artists have won 9 APRA Awards including 2 Song of the Year Awards.

Initially set up as the online store for record label UNFD, 24Hundred was established in 2013 as an online store for alternative culture, merchandise and vinyl. The warehouse in Richmond doubled as a boutique record and merchandise store, which focused on artist driven events alongside rare vinyl releases and exclusive product. On September 17, 2014 Unify: A Heavy Music Gathering (often shortened to Unify or Unify Gathering) is announced, headlined by The Amity Affliction (UNIFIED’s longest running management client, dating back to 2007) fresh off back to back #1 albums, both certified platinum in Australia. The lineup including an entire generation of seminal Aussie heavy acts including Northlane, In Hearts Wake, Thy Art Is Murder, Deez Nuts and Hellions. The 3000-ticket camping festival set in South East Gippsland was sold out in just 3 hours, and has now run six events with up to 8000 tickets sold. In 2014, UNIFIED Recorded Music partnered with Al Murray AKA Illy to create a new hip hop record label, ONETWO. The label released Allday’s debut album Startup Cult in August 2014 including platinum single ‘You Always Know The DJ’ and certified gold singles ‘Right Now’ and ‘Claude Monet’. The album debuted at Number 6 on the ARIA Charts. ONETWO has also released music by Citizen Kay and Kuren.

In 2015, UNIFIED Recorded Music launched its London office, hiring former Rock Sound editor Ben Patashnik to lead international expansion efforts. URM’s London operations include a flagship online store, priority access to The Orchard’s distribution network and publicity teams across major territories in the market.

In 2016, UNIFIED launched UNIFY Presents, a heavy music touring company that co-promotes live tours with Live Nation Australia. UNIFY Presents has presented over 30 tours since its inception, including Architects, The Amity Affliction, Bring Me The Horizon, A Day To Remember, Neck Deep, Beartooth and PVRIS. UNIFY Presents also provides consulting work to Download Festival.

In 2017, UNIFIED launched its Los Angeles office. Initially located in Venice, the team eventually settled in Silver Lake, and is home to Artist Management and Recorded Music staff. In 2021, UNIFIED’s North American contingent includes artist managers Olly Mitchell and Nick Holman, and label staff Francesca Caldara and Kevin Modry.

The Annex was launched as a partnership between UNIFIED and music industry leader Mardi Caught. The Annex is a marketing services business working with talent, management and labels to deliver tailor-made marketing strategy and bespoke product launches and campaigns. Clients include Lime Cordiale, Illy, Genesis Owusu, Passenger, Sheppard, Tasman Keith, and more.

UNIFIED expanded its footprint in the merchandise world in 2019, when it acquired Melbourne print house Super Special. Alongside the acquisition, 24Hundred and Space Mirror Merch were able to move to a new warehouse space in Melbourne’s western suburbs, allowing the online stores to print and distribute from the one location. Furthermore, Super Special has expanded into the touring and festival merchandise business, handling merch services for iconic festivals such as Laneway Festival, Download Festival and One Night Stand, as well as artist tours for Tash Sultana, Skegss, Gang Of Youths and The Amity Affliction.
